1. SERVICES PROVIDED SEARCHBOOST MEDIA provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to search engine optimization (SEO), technical audits, keyword research, and link building. The specific scope of work will be outlined in the product description or a separate service agreement at the time of purchase.
2. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS (SEO DISCLAIMER) Client acknowledges that search engine providers (such as Google, Bing, etc.) maintain sole discretion over their ranking algorithms. While SEARCHBOOST MEDIA uses industry-standard, "white-hat" SEO practices, we do not and cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic volumes, sales, or return on investment (ROI). SEO is a long-term process, and results fluctuate based on third-party algorithms beyond our control.
3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES To perform our services effectively, we may require access to your website's backend (e.g., Shopify admin, WordPress CMS), Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or other third-party accounts.

You warrant that you have the legal right to all content, trademarks, and assets you provide to us for use on your website.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SEARCHBOOST MEDIA shall not be held liable for any negative shifts in search engine rankings, loss of traffic, or penalties applied to the Client’s website by search engines resulting from algorithm updates, prior poor SEO practices by third parties, or changes made to the website by the Client without our consultation. In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the specific service in question.
5. PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY All fees for our SEO services are billed as outlined on our website at checkout. Because SEO requires upfront labor, research, and strategy, all sales are final once work has commenced. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details. If you are on a recurring monthly retainer, you may cancel by providing a 30-day written notice prior to your next billing cycle.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Upon full payment, the Client owns any custom content (such as blog posts or copy) created specifically for them. SEARCHBOOST MEDIA retains the rights to our proprietary SEO strategies, audit templates, and reporting frameworks.
7. TERMINATION We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
8. GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. CHANGES TO TERMS We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
