REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At SEARCHBOOST MEDIA, we stand behind the quality of our SEO and digital marketing services. However, because our services involve digital delivery and manual labor, we have established the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations.
1. Digital Service Nature
All services provided by SEARCHBOOST MEDIA (including SEO audits, keyword research, backlink building, and content strategy) are considered "digital services" and are non-tangible. Once work has been initiated or digital assets have been delivered to the client, all sales are final. We do not offer "returns" on labor already performed.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are only considered under the following specific circumstances:

Before Work Starts: If you request a refund within 24 hours of purchase and no work has begun on your project, we will issue a full refund minus a 5% administrative fee to cover payment processing costs.

Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service within the timeline specified in your service agreement, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

Service Not as Described: If the final deliverable is materially different from what was outlined at the time of purchase.
3. Monthly SEO Retainers
For ongoing monthly SEO management:

No Refunds for Past Months: We do not offer refunds for months of service already completed.

Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must provide written notice to Support@hitdix.shop at least 14 days before your next renewal date.

Mid-Month Cancellation: If you cancel in the middle of a billing period, you will have access to our services until the end of that period. No prorated refunds will be issued.
4. SEO Performance Disclaimer
As stated in our Terms of Service, SEARCHBOOST MEDIA does not guarantee specific rankings or traffic increases. Search engine algorithms change frequently, and results depend on third-party platforms (Google, Bing, etc.). Therefore, a lack of ranking improvement or a change in search engine algorithms is not a valid ground for a refund.
